e–Financial Management Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary Of Trading

Last edited: 02/02/2010
2010 is a significant landmark for e–Financial Management (e–FM) as it celebrates its 10th anniversary of trading. Since it first opened its doors to clients in 2000, e–FM has grown from a small business in Luton to a fast growing company with regional presence across the UK and clients in various parts of the world.

By providing a wide range of services to SMEs on a flexible pay–as–you–go platform, e–FM has given small businesses access to specialist financial management services which they would otherwise, be unable to afford in–house. It’s Finance Director, Financial Controller and Bookkeeping Services are provided on an insourced or outsourced basis, and its flexible model ensures that the company provides the most cost–effective yet, efficient solution for clients.

Ten years after its first office opened, e–FM is still set on establishing itself as a truly national organisation with a firm resolve to offer value to clients whilst sustaining innovation and growth. Its contribution to a balanced and sustainable development has also won the company and its MD, Gary Jesson many awards since the inception of the company. The company has won the Rising Stars Award in 2001 & 2007, Business Excellence award for employee Iain Pink, Bright Sparc award for Gary and other nominations including Barclays ‘ Britain’s Best local Business’. The company takes part in local work experience schemes, and participates in a new scheme with Campus Luton, supporting business focused diplomas for 14– 19 year olds, and is committed to the development of its local environment by actively promoting activities that help strengthen communities and contribute to the enrichment of society. We have as a group of individuals, supported local charities including Cancer Research UK, The Alzheimer’s Society in 2008 and several local hospices. We offer free consultation to local businesses seeking support from us, and are also supporting local projects which contribute to the enhancement of society on a voluntary basis. We have on several occasions offered discounts to clients or deferred fees to accommodate their internal cashflow problems and recommend various techniques to manage their finances more efficiently.

Ten years on, e–FM is still providing bespoke services to clients and is consistently striving to improve its service quality at regional levels. With offices in Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham and Luton, our services have become more accessible to a larger section of the SME industry; and while we make our services available to new clients, we realize our ten year milestone was largely possible due to the patronage of our old loyal clients, people who recommend us to them, our staff and former staff. Thank you ever so much!
