World-renowned business guru speaks at Knowledge Network
Charles Hampden-Turner gave an inspirational talk to a
large and diverse audience at the Knowledge Network on
27 October. Charles is a world-renowned authority on Culture
in Business, and is regularly invited to international
conferences around the world. The central theme of this talk
was the role that education can play in innovation and
entrepreneurship. Charles presented previously unpublished
research to show that innovation and entrepreneurship can
be taught, and that everyone has the potential to develop
these skills.
The audience comprised local businesses, staff and
students, and Charles joined everyone afterwards for a
lively discussion over a wine and buffet reception.
