The Knowledge Network runs monthly masterclasses and workshops throughout the year.

It also encourages members to submit their own Event listings directly, if they are of interest to the local business community. To add an event, go to 'login', and select 'Add events'.

PRINCE 2 project management

PRINCE2 is a structured but highly flexible project management method that can be used to deliver any business project in any situation and is used around the world across both public and private sector companies.  

We offer 3 of the PRINCE2 courses on a monthly basis:

The PRINCE2 practitioner course - this is an intensive 5 day course which covers all aspects of PRINCE2 and includes additional elements such as planning and risk assessment techniques. This five-day course includes the Foundation and Practitioner exams.

The PRINCE2 foundation course - this is an intensive 3 day course and covers the management, control and organisation of a project. You will learn about the different components, processes and techniques of using PRINCE2, this course will include the foundation exam (1 hour multiple choice).

The PRINCE2 conversion course - this is an intensive 2 day course which covers the practitioner level only, it is available to people who have previously passed their foundation exam. This will include a refresher of the PRINCE2 processes and preparation for the practitioner exam.

All of the Prince 2 courses run during the allocated week, in this format:
5 day practitioner = Monday-Friday, 3 day foundation course = Monday-Wednesday, 2 day conversion course = Thursday & Friday

Location: Putteridge Bury conference centre, Hitchin road, Luton (A505)

Cost: each price includes a 10% discount for Knowledge Network member
Practitioner course: £1350+vat
Foundation course: £675+vat
Conversion course: £675+vat 

The price includes all training, course materials, registration/exam fees, conference facilities, lunches and refreshments. You will also get a 1 year free subscription to the APMG website services.
