Course Overview
This qualification provides an introduction to the CMI’s Level 4 Diploma in Management. It is intended for people who are considering a move into a middle management role or those who are new to such a role.
The course explores the following areas:
· Developing your management style
· Managing information and communication
· Customers and core marketing principles
· Planning and managing resources
· Recruiting and selecting staff
· Health, safety and quality
· Working with others
Entry Requirements:
This qualification is open to anyone wanting to develop there skills as a manager.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification. However, candidates should, as far as possible, satisfy the prior learning guidelines for the Institute’s Level 4 Diploma in Management. For candidates with a level 3 qualification in leadership/management, this course would be an excellent progression
Who it for?
This qualification is intended for people who wish to develop their management skills.
Following Completion
Recognised as a qualification in its own right, the Introductory diploma in Management can also be taken as a stepping stone to the corresponding full Certificate or Diploma
